Position Overview:
The Implementation Specialist will oversee the client onboarding lifecycle between deal signature and launch, focusing on speed, quality and client satisfaction. With a deep understanding of Aeropay’s product offerings and client use cases, they will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, gathering compliance materials, relaying feedback in a respectful and detailed manner and nurturing the client relationship alongside a dedicated Solutions Engineer. This role will partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Sales, Solutions Engineering and Data Analytics to refine processes, improve outcomes and uphold Aeropay’s reputation as a leader in the payments industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring they are ready to go live
- Collaborate with Risk & Compliance, Data Analytics, Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to execute on project deliverables and client needs
- Proactively manage and stay on top of client onboarding, identifying and resolving any blockers to ensure seamless execution and delivery against expectations
- Communicate with clients throughout the implementation process, providing regular updates and swift conflict resolution as required
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary and identifying opportunities to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, pre-launch reviews and key learnings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or implementation, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or API-based environment
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex setup processes and spot inconsistencies before they become pain points
- Proven experience with managing multiple workflows simultaneously and effectively
- Proficient in a wide array of project management software and tools (Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage rapidly changing priorities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $95K - $110K
