Position Overview:

The Solutions Engineer is responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of technical solutions at Aeropay. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements, designing solutions and providing ongoing technical support. The Solutions Engineer is a key player in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions to Aeropay's clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and challenges
• Design and implement technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Provide technical support during implementation and post-implementation phases
• Work closely with the development team to address technical issues and enhance solutions
• Contribute to the documentation of technical processes and solutions
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a technical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of software development and system architecture
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Proficient with relevant technical tools and languages

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $100K - $130K
